Who are we?

We are a small company specialised in vacation properties and based in Arosa, Switzerland. We have built our experience with the major players in the town that has experienced significant growth over the last few years, forcing them to adapt to the increasing demands of guests and new technologies at the same time as they grew. This has allowed us to gain a good knowledge base on the functioning and dynamics of the sector. 

What do we do?
During our journey we have specialised in sales and marketing, as well as the management of the systems required for the organisation and management of the properties and the company. 

From the sales channels and PMS systems, to the organisation of the daily housekeeping and reception tasks. Our motivation is to make the whole system work efficiently to reach the maximum potential of each property and your company, taking into account the characteristics and needs of each one.

How does it work?
Whether you are a single property owner or have a portfolio of listings, our services are tailored to your needs and budget.

We can work as a consultancy company to help you or take a more active role in the management, allowing us to have a complete follow up to increase the chances of obtaining a positive performance of your properties.
