Located in the Rehwiesa building next to Maranerstrasse, guests have direct access to the ski slope from Prätschli or take the bus from the bus stop directly in front of the building.
The building also has a swimming pool which is available to guests during the winter and summer season (please enquire about availability).
It is an ideal and cosy flat with a very good location and parking space, in a quiet residential area, only a few minutes walk from the Obersee and the train station and fully equipped for a holiday in Arosa.
The Property
- During the official summer season indicated by Arosa Tourismus, all guests can apply for the Arosa Card free of charge.
- The flat is equipped with the basic amenities for your stay and refill is not included.
- The swimming pool is available during the official summer and winter season and during the rest of the year availability is not guaranteed.
- The flat will be prepared with bed linen and towels for the number of guests booked - if guests want to sleep in separate beds they should indicate this.
- During the low season - outside of the summer and winter season - construction and renovation work is permitted in Arosa for which we have no control or responsibility.
